By accessing or using the YUKA website, joining our LINE or Telegram community, or purchasing digital content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.   • Share, redistribute, upload, or re-post any purchased content on any platform
  • Screen-record, screenshot, or otherwise capture and distribute the content
  • Sell, sublicence, or commercially exploit any content
  • Use any content to train AI models or datasets
  • Remove or alter any watermarks, identifiers, or copyright notices

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your access with no refund, and may result in legal action including claims for copyright infringement.

4. Reporting Unauthorized Distribution

If you discover YUKA content being shared, resold, reposted, or redistributed without authorization outside this platform, report it to [CONTACT EMAIL] with links or screenshots so we can pursue removal and enforcement.

5. Purchases and Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are processed via Stripe. Your card details are never stored by YUKA.

We are not currently selling any paid products or content through this website. When paid products are introduced, pricing, currency, and payment method details will be added here and shown clearly at checkout before any purchase is completed.

6. Community Rules (LINE / Telegram)

By joining the YUKA community on LINE or Telegram, you agree not to:

  • Share, distribute, or screenshot any exclusive content received
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate other community members or YUKA
  • Post spam, phishing links, or unsolicited promotions
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to remove you from the community without notice or refund for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to images, videos, text, logos, and design — is owned by or licenced to YUKA and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and content are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YUKA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or purchased content.
