Refund Policy

Short version: All sales of digital content are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of technical failure where content was not delivered. We do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind or did not enjoy the content.

This policy currently covers one-time digital purchases. No paid products are live on this site yet. If subscription-based products are introduced in future, this policy will be updated to include cancellation terms before they go live.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital content — which is immediately accessible upon purchase — all sales are final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund except in the limited circumstances described below.

2. When a Refund May Be Issued

A refund may be considered in the following situations:

  • Non-delivery — You were charged but received no access to the content, and you contacted us within 7 days of purchase.
  • Technical failure — A verified technical error on our end prevented you from accessing the content you paid for.
  • Duplicate charge — You were charged more than once for the same item due to a payment processor error.

3. When Refunds Will Not Be Issued

We will not issue refunds in the following circumstances:

  • You changed your mind or no longer want the content
  • You purchased by mistake
  • You did not enjoy the content
  • Content was viewed or partially accessed
  • You were banned or removed from the community for violating our Terms of Service
  • You violated geo-restriction or age verification requirements
  • More than 7 days have passed since your purchase date

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the eligible circumstances above:

  • Include your order ID, purchase date, and a description of the issue
  • Requests are reviewed within 5 business days

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time varies by card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to contest all chargebacks filed in bad faith and to ban users who misuse the chargeback process.

6. Applicable Law

If mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide refund rights beyond this policy — for example, cooling-off periods under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, or similar regulations — those rights apply in addition to, and take precedence over, this policy where mandatory. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.

7. Special Notice for Taiwan Consumers

Under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act (消費者保護法), online purchases are ordinarily subject to a mandatory 7-day unconditional withdrawal period. Digital content delivered immediately upon purchase can be exempted from this right only if, before you complete your purchase, you are clearly informed of this exemption and you expressly agree to waive the withdrawal period in exchange for immediate access to the content.

By completing a purchase where this notice is presented and you affirmatively accept it at checkout, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand the digital content will be delivered to you immediately;
  • You expressly request immediate performance before the 7-day withdrawal period would otherwise end; and
  • You agree to waive your right to withdraw once delivery/access has occurred.
This waiver is only legally effective if presented and affirmatively accepted (e.g. a checkbox) at the point of purchase — not merely included in this policy page. Build this into checkout before accepting payments from Taiwan-based buyers. If this notice and waiver are not presented at checkout, the standard 7-day withdrawal right under Taiwanese law applies regardless of Section 1 above.
