This Privacy Policy explains how Maplewood Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website. Our registered address is 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801 (registered agent address).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Depending on which features are active, we may share data with:

  • Microsoft Clarity — session recordings and heatmaps, active (Microsoft Privacy Statement)
  • Google Analytics — usage analytics, optional, not currently active (Google Privacy Policy)
  • Cloudflare — hosting, DDoS protection, geo-routing
  • Supabase — database and message storage, planned, not yet in use
  • Our payment processor — payment processing, planned, pending processor approval — we do not currently sell anything

This list will be updated as tools are added, activated, or removed.

6. Data Retention

Chat and community activity data is retained indefinitely at this time — we do not currently run an automatic deletion or anonymisation process, and will delete it on request (see Section 7). Analytics data (Clarity/GA4) is retained for up to 26 months. Purchase and transaction records, once purchases exist, are retained for up to 7 years where required for tax and accounting purposes.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Request data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time
